Trooper

Trooper is a 2 year old long coated male. He came to us as a stray, so nothing is known of his background.

Trooper is timid and leery of new people and things, but gives a small tail wag to let you know he's friendly. He is new to being an indoor family dog, but is doing great learning house manners and getting used to the sounds and activities in a household. He is friendly with other dogs and people once he gets to know them. He has not been tested with cats.

He only needs gentle verbal corrections, any raised voice sends him sulking to a corner. Hiding under that timidness is a sweet, playful guy. He needs a home that will continue to patiently work with his confidence, exposing him to new things and people, and he will turn into a great family dog.

This is a Level 3 Dog. Please be sure you understand what a dog of this Level requires.
