SmallsSmalls Headshot

Smalls is an adorably cute, golden boy who appears to be a Malionis mix around 7-8 months old. He was an unclaimed stray from Modesto, so little is known of his background. His coat is a beautiful golden color with white on his chest, belly and a touch on the tip of his tail.

He is currently a velcro puppy and loves crawling in any lap that is available. He is so squirmy, it is hard to get a good photo of him. Obedience training and confidence building will go a long way with this boy.

Smalls came by his name from a character in the movie Sand Lot. Whenever Smalls did anything particularly unusual or silly, the other kids would say, "You're killing me, Smalls!" This is a phrase the foster-mom found herself using frequently with this boy.

Smalls gets along well with other dogs and the dog-savvy cats in his foster home. He whines when put in the crate at night, but once settled has slept through the night. Kept on a close leash while in the house, he has not been tested on whether he is housebroken yet.

This is a Level 2 Dog.
