Samuel

Samuel aka "Sam", came out of a Rocklin area shelter so nothing is known of his background. We do know that he is about a year old, not very big, and has escaped in the past to find his people. He is extremely intelligent and eager to please. He jumps right into a car for rides, loves to go on walks, and play with toys and tennis balls.

Sam is getting along well with the resident female German Shepherd and male Golden Retriever in his foster home. Somewhat food possessive toward the other dogs, Sam backs off with the proper correction.

He will make a good dog for someone committed to continuing his training, exercise and socialization. Small dogs and cats are unknown.
