Juneau HeadJuneau

Juneau is a medium-sized boy, black and tan with bicolor eyes - one blue, one brown. He's probably a German Shepherd/Husky mix, around 12-14 months old and weighing in at about 65 pounds. He was an unclaimed stray from Modesto. This lovable boy is very playful with other dogs, and seems to think that every human he meets will want to love on him!

Juneau is an active dog whose mind is always alert. If left unattended for long periods of time by himself, he may chew something. Juneau also likes to "talk" to any who will listen and sings quite nicely any time he hears a siren. He is very people-oriented, so he doesn't want to be left out of any of the fun.

Juneau would do best with an active family, and possibly another playful dog. He currently lives with cats in his foster home, and there are no problems. Juneau is housebroken, knows how to Sit, but is still learning other house manners and other basic commands such as Down and Come, and is being crate-trained. He gets excited about walks and toys, and walks fairly well on leash once he calms down. He is smart, corrects easily and will make a great family pet with proper guidance and training.

This is a Level 2 Dog
