Glacier

Glacier is an all-white, medium-sized female, about 1 to 2 years old, about 60 pounds. Glacier came to us malnourished and severely underweight, but she is recovering nicely. She's very affectionate and loves being around her people. She will come up to you for attention and bury her head under your arm. She rides quietly in a car, and waits patiently while you're in the store. She likes going into dog-friendly stores like Home Depot and Lowes, and her behavior in public is excellent.

Glacier loves her people, and is very attentive to all the children in her foster home. She loves to play with both ball and stick, but needs work on the concept of bringing the item back. Her leash behavior is good, with only gentle tugs required to keep her in line.

Glacier is housebroken and crate trained and is currently working on polishing her house manners. Due to her period of malnourishment, she has been know to counter surf a bit, but shows no food aggression. Glacier gets along well with the other large dogs, but she gets bossy with small dogs or puppies.

Glacier needs an active home with children that she can love and play with. She also needs activities to occupy her mind. Cats and other small critters are not recommended.
