BreezeBreeze Head

Breeze is an adorable black and red long coat. At approximately 10 months old, this petite girl weighs in at about 50 pounds. Although she will grow some, she will probably remain a fairly small girl. Breeze was an unclaimed stray from the Sacramento area so nothing is known about her background.

Breeze is currently in a foster home with several large male and female dogs. She gets along with all of them, and although the smallest one still likes to play and usually gives as good as she gets. She doesn't hesitate to tell the other dogs if they are getting to rough for her. Breeze doesn't have much in the way of house or leash manners, but is learning. She likes to jump up, and is still a little mouthy, so a home with older children is recommended. It is best to keep her close to you when on leash, as she likes to zig zag in front of you if given any leeway, and will trip you up, or wrap your legs up if you are not careful. It is unknown if Breeze is fully housebroken at this time.

This little sweetheart is a little shy at first, but warms up quickly, and has liked everyone she has met so far. Breeze likes to nuzzle, and bury her head in your lap or under your arm when she wants attention. Breeze likes to be with her people and will settle down in the house fairly well. She is progressing with her crate training, and is not excited about going in there at night, and will let you know it. Every night she is settling in a little faster.

Breeze is looking for a home that will continue her socialization and training, and will include her in daily activities. With time and training, this will be a great family companion.
