Boone

Boone is a one year old, 80 pound young male who was an unclaimed stray from Modesto Shelter. He is medium energy level, not overly clingy, but appropriately affectionate. He has been friendly with everyone he has met thus far, and shows a lot of interest in playing with other dogs.

He is far too interested in cats to be placed in a home with them.

He knows sit, but needs more work on his leash and basic manners. He went directly into a crate when loaded in a vehicle, and readily jumped up in the bed of a truck. He takes correction without resentment, and defaults to a down when given a stern correction with the leash.
