SparkSpark Head

Spark is a beautiful two year old, all white female long coat weighing about 65 lbs. She was surrendered to a shelter along with her sister Havana and possible sire Judah when the original owner lost his home. The previous owner indicated Spark had been an outdoor only dog. It is obvious that Spark has had at least one litter of puppies in the past.

This is one sweet girl who walks well on a leash and craves human attention. She appears housebroken as long as she's not left alone inside without human companionship or a means to get outside for long periods of time. She is learning house manners and the sit command. Spark is not food motivated, so praise and affection work best in teaching her new things. She gets along well with the other dogs in the foster home that range from small to large in size. She has shown signs of separation anxiety by pacing, scratching at windows, and any window coverings in the way. She doesn't like being out alone and will bolt out the open gate or try to find an escape if given a chance. Having other dog companions and a dog door for her to go in or out may be the best option for this girl.

Spark can be a little timid with new people. Continued socialization, exercise and training will make Spark into the best companion dog.

This is a Level 2 Dog.
