Ty

Ty is a handsome black and tan male, around 2 years old, weighing approximately 65 pounds. He was surrendered to a Sacramento Area shelter when his family moved to a home where they could no longer keep him.

Ty has been an indoor dog, so is housebroken, and has some fairly nice house manners. He knows Sit, Down, Stay and Come. When his previous owners were at work, he stayed out in the yard without issue. Although a new resident in his foster home, Ty is getting along with both the male and female dogs in his foster home so far. At this time, it is unknown how he is with cats.

Ty is a little unsure about meeting new people, but warms up quickly once he gets to know them. He is used to living with children. Ty likes being with his people, and needs a home where he could be included in family activities. He likes to play fetch, but the ball doesn't always quite make it back. Ty rides nicely in the car, and is learning to settle in a crate.

This guy would be an easy addition to most families.
