Mistel

Mistel is a 3 year old female Black & Cream GSD. She was originally adopted from the Modesto Shelter when she was 8 months old. She was recently surrendered by her elderly owner back to the Modesto Shelter, when the owner could no longer care for her. She currently weighs 80lbs and needs to gain 10 to 15lbs.

Mistel lived on a ranch, and appears to have spent most of her time outdoors. She is quickly learning the comforts of indoor life. She is housebroken, but is not a big fan of crates.

She knowns basic commands such as sit and down. She walks nicely on a leash and heels nicely. She corrects easily, and just wants to please her humans.

The shelter listed her as cat friendly, but she has not been tested in her current foster home. She is currently living with 2 adult male GSD's and a male juvenile GSD. She has gotten along well all of them.

Mistel will need a home that will continue her socialization and training.
