Mingo now MurphyMingo now Murphy Head

Mingo now Murphy was previously adopted out as a 9 month old puppy, and has now come back into the program due to lifestyle changes of his adopters. They have provided updated information for his bio:

Murphy is a 3 and 1/2 year old male. Murphy is very loyal to his family and loves affection and attention. He loves walks and does well on his leash with a confident handler. Murph loves kids and small children, always wanting ear rubs. He does well with our outside cat.

Murphy is crate-trained and house-trained but has been known to wander if there's action going on somewhere else in the house. He is very curious. Murphy is known to bark at passers-by and other dogs while in the back yard, but is correctable when owners are home. Murphy does well with other dogs when socializing.

This is a Level 2 Dog

Original bio and pictures:

Mingo is a darling, 7-8 month old male pup, most likely a German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois cross. He is a medium sized boy, with typical puppy energy without being over the top. He was an unclaimed stray from Modesto, so nothing is known of his background.

This cute boy has a happy, outgoing disposition and gets along with everyone he's met so far, human, canine and various other critters. Mingo is a pretty typical puppy, and loves to play with other playful dogs. He's pretty easy-going, but will stand up for himself if the play gets too rough. Mingo is housebroken, crate-trained and has good house manners for a youngster. He's perfectly happy to go along with the pack and whatever is on the schedule for the day.

Mingo is looking for a home with another playful young dog, and people who will continue to socialize and train him. He'll be a wonderful addition to the right family with his sweet disposition and his handsome good looks.

Mingo is located in the Lodi area.
