Elsa

Elsa is a solidly built, medium size girl around 18-24 mos. old. She was an unclaimed stray from Modesto. She has a moderate energy level, but can get rambunctious at times and can leap over tall couches in a single bound. She is pretty easy going and has become quite the house-princess. She came into the group very raw, with little or no house manners. She is now completely house broken and crate trained. She no longer counter surfs, but still needs a little reinforcement on begging at the table. She also needs more work on being a bit mouthy. She will need plenty of chew toys or she will find her own, and she will dig if left unattended very long. She does OK on a leash, but still needs work. She is also a door dasher, so caution must be taken when going to and from the outside world.

Elsa gets along well with her foster brothers and sister, but she can get a little bossy and domineering at times. She likes to play very rough, not uncommon to her breed, and has a hard time knowing when its time to stop. She is very interested in her feline housemate, but is very correctable. She should be OK with a dog savvy cat. Unknown how she is around children, but caution should be taken with small kids due to the fact she does tend to jump up when she gets excited and can easily knock over a small child.

Elsa would like to be in a moderately active household with a strong leader who can teach and reinforce boundaries for her, but is also willing to let her snuggle and be a little kissey. She would probably do better in a house with a medium to large male buddy to keep her entertained when her people are not around.
