Chandler

Chandler is tall lanky 15 month old black and tan adolescent with adorable airplane ears. He was originally adopted from us about a year ago, but when the owners felt they were unable to care for him properly, he was taken to a local area shelter, where we promptly retrieved him.

According to his previous owners, Chandler lived inside and is housebroken. He had also lived with two smaller children. Chandler knows some basic commands and walks fairly well on a leash. He also rides nicely in the car. He will occasionally bark at things he doesn't understand. Chandler is currently settling into a foster home with a large male and female shepherd. He is a little unsure what to make of the other dogs, he goes back and forth between wanting to play with them, and being a little overwhelmed by them. Chandler seems like a quick learner, and will likely figure out the doggie games before too long. Chandler is very curious about the kitties in the house as well. It is unknown if we will be able to live with cats quite yet.

Chandler would like nothing more than to be back in a home he can call his own. He would benefit from continued socialization and training, and in return will make an excellent companion.

Chandler is new to his foster home, more will be written as we get to know him better.
