Sal

Sal is a 3-year-old male. He came into a shelter with a broken leg. We were able to rescue him and get him treated at UC Davis right away. His leg is now healed and he is ready for his new home.

Sal is a happy, goofy boy that loves other dogs. His favorite game is playing chase with them. Indoors he settles quickly on a dog bed with a toy. He is good with dog-savvy cats that will not run.

He is crate trained and working on other house manners. He cannot be trusted alone in the house yet, but does fine outside or in his crate when necessary. He is shy with new people, but quite the cuddler with people he knows.

Sal would like an active household with another playful dog to be his buddy.

This is a Level 2 Dog.
