XaviXavi Head

Xavi is a striking 2 year old Belgian Malinois. He is beautiful reddish tan with black features, and weighs in at about 50 pounds. He was an unclaimed stray in the Sacramento area so nothing is known about his background. As is typical for his breed, Xavi is a high energy, high drive boy that would like to go to a home that will stimulate him enough both physically and mentally so he is challenged and does not become bored and destructive.

Xavi rides nicely in the car, sleeps quietly in a crate at night. He has gotten along with the other large dogs in his foster home, but it is unknown how he is with cats or other small furry creatures.

Xavi is quite the little ham. He likes to be with his person, lean up against them and look straight up at them for direction. He also likes to try and curl up in his humans lap, or even try to snuggle in bed with them. He is very friendly with people, but can be a little possessive of his food, so care would need to be taken with children.

Xavi will do best in a home that includes him in daily activities, as well as has a plan to challenge him physically and mentally. Xavi would probably love agility, fly ball, competitive obedience, or possibly search and rescue.

This is a Level 3 Dog. Please be sure you understand what a dog of this Level requires.
