Priscilla Jo

Priscilla is a very sweet, mature female, probably about 6-7 years old.  She is a big black and tan girl weighing in at about 95 pounds, on an 85 pound frame.  She was an owner surrender in Sacramento due to the difficult economic times.  Priscilla is recovering from a fairly severe ear infection.

She is good with people of all ages so far, and seems to be okay with most dogs.  She could probably learn to live with dog savvy cats as long as she is properly introduced and supervised.  Priscilla is house broken and rides nicely in a vehicle.  While she doesn’t particularly like a crate, she will go in and stay short periods of time with out too much of a fuss.

Although Priscilla has no formal training, she is a mellow girl that is easy to live with in your home.  She likes to relax out in the yard, and she loves when the leash comes out to make her rounds of the neighborhood. She would probably do best in a moderately active family that would get her out for walks to help slim her down a little.  She would be fine as an only dog, or with a mature canine companion.  Obedience training could help transform this diamond in the rough.
