Celine
Celine is a 2 to 3 year old Shepherd mix. Given her slim, long legs, and trim figure, she may have some Greyhound in her genetics. Celine was orginally adopted from us as a puppy, but due to job changes in her home, previous owners could not be home very much. Celine grew up going to the local dog park where she loved running around and playing with the other dogs.
Celine is house and crate trained, has good leash manners, and is overall a very easy keeper. She loves car rides and going out and about with her foster parent. Celine currently lives with another large dog. She may be able to live with dog savvy cats, with supervision.
Celine can be a little shy with strangers, but warms up after a few minutes. She is an athletic girl who would enjoy a nice regular run or hike. Celine has a good recall, and once bonded to her person, has been reliable off leash.
Celine is looking for an active home, with a dog buddy, and a family who can include her in daily activities.

Original Bio - Circa 2017
Celine is a tiny 9 week old black and tan female German Shepherd mix who came from a local shelter with no information about her background. Due to her size, we suspect she might be mixed with a small breed dog.
She spends her days napping and antagonizing her foster sister, Kiya another GCGSR puppy. She is a snuggly, but feisty little girl. She is fearless, climbing her way into the top of the toilet in order to get to her foster dad. She is food driven and has a good nose. When given the chance, Celine will search for kibble hidden under the couch and tucked behind the kitchen table.
Celine will cry in the crate, but will settle after some time. She is kept on leash in the house and will need consistent reinforcement of her potty training.
Celine is currently in a home with a young 75 pound male and a 3 month old female. She is very confident and meets new dogs easily.
Basic training and socialization will be needed for this young girl.
Anyone interested will need to be available and willing to take her to her spay appointment when it is set up.
