Bart

Adopted 10/23/10!

Bart is a big, beautiful, 2-yr-old, long coat, bi-color, Shiloh-type Shepherd. A happy, energetic, bouncy guy, he is quite strong and needs someone with good handling and leadership skills to keep all that exuberance in check and convince him to obey. Give him and inch, and he will take all he can get. He enjoys sneaking up and stealing anything he thinks might engage you in a game of "catch me if you can." Bart needs plenty of exercise and training, and he would be happy doing some sort of dog sport, such as agility or tracking.

Bart lives nicely with his GSD foster sister but wants to be dominant, so he is probably not a good match with another male. No cats or other small furry critters.
